Hi, I'm Kyle Kahs
Fitness has been my passion and a major part of my life for over a decade. Through dedication, consistency, and commitment to learning, I transformed my own physique, competed in bodybuilding, and developed a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I have spent years studying training, nutrition, and physique development. My coaching combines proven principles with practical strategies that fit real life.
When I am not in the gym I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughters, riding my Harley Davidson, and continuing to learn and grow both as a coach as well as a person.
Through Coach Kahs, my goal is simple: help clients build muscle, lose fat, improve confidence, and create sustainable habits that last.
